We are currently migrating all our customers accounts to ldap to make
it simpler as currently they are all over
the place. Our current Postfix installation is using MySQL for virtual
accounts and delivery is done with dovecot
and it works great and provides the ability to alias domains to one
another and also have catchall accounts for
domains.
Now that we are in the process of migrating to ldap, I can see how to
get the domains, users and user aliases into ldap
no problems, but I am having trouble working out how I will be able to
add domain to domain aliases and also catchall
accounts for domains. Personally I hate catchall accounts for domains,
but some customers just have to have them, or
they are not happy. So I am after any advice from the experts on this
list with regards to getting this to work. We are
using the Phamm ldap schema for the virtual accounts, but I would
happily move to a different schema if there is one
that provides all of the functionality in one.
