With whitelisting turned on I see no missing "PASS" logging

PASS NEW        New client.
PASS OLD        Client reconnects after cached test results expire.
PASS OLD        Client reconnects after cached test results expire.

And Postscreen behavior does not change when DNS whitelisting is disabled.
