See Viktor's reply for how to find useful information. I'm guessing these are undeliverable bounces. A queue clogged with undeliverable bounces will perform poorly. You must not accept mail that can't be delivered. Find answers to the questions Viktor raises, and review the documentation links he sent. -- Noel Jones
