Nothing you gave us would indicate the 216.188.250.60 should be allowed to relay. You may also have a rule (as many admins do) to disable machines on private Subnets (like 192.168/0) from relaying. -- I've never seen religious faith move mountains, but I've seen what it does to skyscrapers.
