At this stage, the Return-Path is already included through the amavisd filter 
(Postfix smtpd_proxy_filter…). See below. It’s a while ago that I used proxy. 
Is it right that amavisd sends mail back over port 10024? (I use milters since 
decades)

It seems your test mail goes through amavisd, right? Not a milter. You are 
using proxy as described above? So I guess your Return-Path is added here, not 
later.
