This message never entered the queue, the client sent "QUIT" without sending any data. The nascent queue file was deleted by cleanup(8), when smtpd(8) abandoned the transaction.
Oh okay, so it is possible for it to assign a queue ID and log it without sending an actual message to the queue?
And since no message was sent to queue no 'removed' action to log?
