Of course, it is possible that smtp.xs4all.nl is sending out emails from a
different IP address that it receives mail on, and that outgoing address has
a "good" reverse DNS. If this is the case, the problem will be solved. But
there is no way to know it until you try it and send a test email to
somewhere (it's best to send to some different address cotrolled by you, so
you can view the received message). Then the recipient can find that IP
address in "Received:" headers.
