The message is clear. *Google* is scoring your domain as a low reputation
one. Where is Spamassassin mentioned in this message?

Google does everything on their own. They have their own antispam mechanism
and their own scoring (BTW, their mechanisms are very unclear and
non-transparent and nobody - even Google employees - knows how they actually
work). They don't rely on commonly available tools like Spamassassin.
