I've created a smallish recreation script with about 2000 16x16 rasters which still crashes with me. http://www.davidrowley.co.uk/files/st_union_crash.sql Just send ctrl+C while the St_Union is in progress. I get: test=# SELECT ST_Union(rast) FROM rasttest; Cancel request sent server closed the connection unexpectedly This probably means the server terminated abnormally before or while processing the request. The connection to the server was lost. Attempting reset: Succeeded.
