Thanks for reply. The "pg_config --sharedir" is: /usr/share/postgresql/9.1 directory. All files of the postGIS versions I installed are there (2.0.0alpha7SVN and 2.1.0).
I tried renaming the file postgis--2.1.0.sql to postgis--2.0.0alpha7SVN.sql but I get the same error message.
