Thanks for help, I was renaming the wrong file. Finaly i ran: "cp postgis--2.0.0alpha6--2.0.0.sql postgis--2.0.0alpha7SVN--2.0.0.sql" Then i updated to 2.0.0 and later from 2.0.0 to 2.1.0 successfully.
