Hi,
I'm creating database on Postgres 8.4 and when running postgis (installed with
yum - 1.3.6-1.rhel5) 1.3.6-1.rhel5 I got following errors.
-bash-3.2$ psql -f lwpostgis.sql -Upostgres -d mydb
--just a few notices - no errors
-bash-3.2$ psql -f postgis_comments.sql -d mydb
psql:postgis_comments.sql:291: ERROR: function st_covers(geometry, geometry)
does not exist
psql:postgis_comments.sql:293: ERROR: function st_coveredby(geometry,
geometry) does not exist
psql:postgis_comments.sql:381: ERROR: function
st_simplifypreservetopology(geometry, double precision) does not exist

Any ideas why last script fails?
