http://www.postgis.org/download/windows/pg83/postgis-pg84-setup-1.4.1-2.exe Will probably take a day or so for it to appear on stack builder again, but it should show as installed anyway. The above seems to work for our 8.3 install. Not sure how that happened. Most have been one of our last minute NSIS changes that we missed testing against 8.3.
