Occasionally we get reports of the general purpose "Error #2032" on
upload - i.e. Potlatch 2 tried to upload the changeset, and the server
said no.
If you have the Flash Debug Player installed, and you get one of these
errors, please have a look at the log. As of r24636 (not yet deployed),
the changeset XML will be written to the log.
If you can then send it here (or alert one of us on IRC, or put it in a
trac ticket, or wherever) then we can have a look at it and try and
figure out what the problem is.
(Unfortunately Flash doesn't actually give us access to the error the
server sent back, which is kind of exasperating.)
If you haven't got Flash Debug Player then don't worry, but I've put
