No, no plans to move them out.

This will continue for command lists stored in pcfs (as opposed to 
text or being built completely from scratch in memory).  The issue 
is that the pcf is a single file, and must be rewritten in its 
entirety any time a change occurs that affects the length or 
position of data within it:  eg an alarms rings and is deleted or 
another command list item is saved.
