when i export a button-only bar (maxtext = 0) and reimport it, it
comes back with maxtext = 531.
it seems that maxtext: 0 is not getting writen to the .ini file on
export. even if i add it to the .ini file, it seems to be ignored on
import. the only way i can get rid of the text is using pproconf.
