Left <Ctrl> : 17 162
Right <Ctrl>: 17 163
Left <Alt> : 18 164
Right <Alt>: 18 165
Left <Ctrl> + Right <Alt> : 17 18 162 165

I hoped to find something else, but seems in vain.
So, I'm completely lost. The only one I can think of to try are:
glob6=165,0,0,2,49,0,,,keytrap.SendKeys("{148}"),1,1,1
glob6=18,0,0,2,49,0,,,keytrap.SendKeys("{148}"),1,1,1
Or try to change the EAT mode to 0 and/or the NOMOD ...
