I don't have any slightest idea about your problem.
But, how about updating your .pcf file by triggering pproconf.exe, then
closing it by simply pressing OK, or, if it does not work,
Setup -> Advanced setup: then pressing OK
Command Lists -> Setup: then pressing OK
Your Bar Command List's properties -> then pressing OK
etc.
