You had problems with Netcaptor and macros, right?
I haven't had any problems in MyIE with macros in forms so far but I
also don't use them so extensively. I just had these focus-problems
with my clip-menu.

It depends on what you do with your macro. If you are just sending
keys there shouldn't be a focus change.
But you could put
ind = MiscPlugin.GetFocus()
at the start of your macro command and something like:
MiscPlugin.SetFocus("active", ind)
right before you send keys or paste or something.
Maybe it helps...
