WHAT'S NEW:

- Enable service now accepts an optional parameter to prevent
automatic loading of the ini file.
- ReloadIni service now accepts optional parameter to specify the
ini file to load.
- The common plugin ini file "plugins.ini" is now recognized. See
Enable() and ReloadIni() services for details.
- Fix bug in AddEntry() service.
- Fix the long standing known problem:
When <SHIFT>+J is set as hotkey in PP config that executes "*keys test"
then a: it takes 1.5s to execute the command and
b: the keys type are uppercase when keytrap is enabled.
- Fix conflict with PP on waiting for ctrl, alt, shift.
- new field in INI file: WAITMOD - wait for modifier to be release
before executing command.
- Bug fix in Evaluate expression field.
- SendKeys() service is now able to send specific scan code and vkcode.
- [Experimental] New implementation for SetCtrlAltDel(). Now
blocks the key combination instead of disabling the task manager.
(This also blocks the <ctrl>+<shift>+<esc> combination.)
ToDo:
- Add EATMOD field (if possible)
