Hi Russel,

It's truly interesting! Now I can use the CtrlAltDel as an ordinary
hotkey, and the key remains disabled even if PP/KeyTrap is not
running. CtrlAltDel seems UnRegistered!

Would you add one more to this, the most bugging hotkey in the
Windows, "Win+U" (and/or possibly "Win+L")?
Well, I can remap the key with KeyTrap even at the moment, but
if I sign off or log off, the key is coming back and bugging me
again with the Utility Manager.

Anyway, remarkable! I'm not aware of any app that can do this.
