I haven't tested, but there's a back/forward button on ms and other
keyboards that are used for the back/forward vcode on a key. Maybe it
doesn't work with mozilla because they're not reading that vcode correctly.
In that case, it would be within mozilla's sphere of capabilities to get it
working.
