If your touchpad is a synaptics, then you can probably enable 10 more
finger gestures, take a look at http://www.whatlaptop.co.uk/topic.asp?
TOPIC_ID=8424&whichpage=6, here's the notable bit:

"There is an entire class of functionality of the touchpad that is
disabled by default, but can be turned on in the registry. In Control
Panel, Mouse, Device Settings and Settings..., there are six
categories on the options tree, from Overview to Sensitivity (If
you've not poked around in there before, do so! There are a ton of
cool options.). Now, if we go into regedit under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTPCpl, there is a REG_DWORD
called DisplayGestures. Change that from 0 to 1. Now go back to the
mouse settings, and presto! There are now Three Finger Gestures and
Two Finger Gestures branches. A gesture is taking two or three
fingers and sliding them across the pad in various ways. You can
assign these to do most anything and there are ten possible gestures
in all. Most handy! Now Firefox and Thunderbird come at a flick of my
fingers."

The
