It seems that this app has its own hotkeys. In addition to the one,
try to make another hotkey item with the same key "down arrow",
then leave the command field "empty" and wite down "=thisappname",
e.g., "=notepad" for notepad.exe, in the target field.

If it doesn't work, you have to check your setting or have to
resort to the plugin "KeyTrap.dll". Just report back.
