This is the 'Taskbar'.

I also noticed that I couldn't make the same as "Clip Menu" with
mere "Menu Folder", especially the sorting behavior when the option
"Timestamp" checked.

Anyway, the different behaviour between the "Menu Show" and
"Menu Folder" in my case happens in a different situation: when
no active window at all (I have no explorer shell, so no taskbar).
no keyboard focus, can't close the "Menu Show" by pressing "Esc" key
or left-clicking at empty spot in the desktop. Even the setting
"Force cursor over new opened menus" didn't solve the issue.
Maybe a position format, e.g., offset 10 10, could solve it, but
I'm skeptical.

I haven't given a further thought, so I'm clueless too. I just got
the feeling it might be because the command list is an imported one.
I admit it doesn't make quite a sense, but I've actually observed
a different behavior between the imported one and the one in .pcf.
What about your menu: is it an imported one or not?
