Internally, PowerPro is set up to deal with a command line consisting
of a command file optionally followed by a space and then parameters.

For icon display, it used to run into problems disentangling the
command from the parameters when dealing with environment variables
which introduce a space into the command file name which was not
there before, eg
%progfiles%\stuff\stuff.exe
where progfiles was c:\program files

I fixed this, but the fix indirectly introduced the problem you
describe.

The other fact is that the system's ExpandEnvironmentStrings command
does not tell PowerPro whether there were any strings expanded when
PowerPro asks it to check a command line. So when PowerPro finds a %
in a command line, and calls that routine, it assumes that a new
space could have been introduced, and sometimes gets confused about
how to separate the command file from the parameters. In your case,
the icon is disappearing because PowerPro is mistakenly taking the %
as part of the command file name rather than realizing it is part of
the parameters.

There is no easy way for me to fix this without potentially breaking
some other situation. I can make it a bit better by ensuring
PowerPro only checks for environment strings if there are _two_ %s in
a command lines, but you will still need one of the workarounds in
this case.
