I think there might be something I misunderstand.

I assume that when a *Keys command is sending its sequence slowly, it
honours the millisecond settings in Advanced Setup, and that it
doesn't when it is sending its sequence {Fast}.

This is how I am differentiating between a {Slow} and {Fast} send of a
sequence.

If these observations are correct then the latest version of PowerPro
that you have uploaded sends all macro-invoked *Keys sequences {Fast},
regardless of the setting under Advanced Setup or whether a sequence
is prepended by a {Slow} token.

I'm not sure if this is your desired outcome Bruce, but all of my key
sequences work fine with the fast setting enabled so I'm satisfied!
