I had the same problem with my backtick ` key. I set PowerPro to run
these commands when I hit the key:

--

Exec.HotKeys("Off", "`")
Win.Keys(FileMenu("Macros.txt"))
Exec.HotKeys("On", "`")

--

I then added an entry to my Macros.txt file:

` (Backtick)=`

This solved the problem for me entirely.
