This should do what you want with Paint (provided your path to Paint
is the same)
Make a new keyboard shortcut
(I just used Ctrl+Shift+right-click)
Enter command:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mspaint.exe
Enter More commands:
*Wait For(ActiveWindow("untitled - Paint"))
*Keys {to untitled - Paint}^v
To run the command, first press the "Print Scrn" (use Alt+Print Scrn
just for the active window and not the entire screen) button on your
keyboard, then press Ctrl+Shift+right-click your desktop
this will copy the screen then open paint and paste it.
