Hi group,

I pasted four lines in Bruce's script (which hides a button when mouse
is over it, then shows it again when not), thus you can adjust the
volume (requires a mouse wheel).

It requires two hotkeys (for all windows):

First:

Key = wheelbackonly
Cmd1 = *Exec
Param1 = VolumeAll -51

Second:

Key = wheelbackonly
Cmd1 = *Exec
Param1 = VolumeAll -51

(you can type more or less values, volumeall +-51 makes +-20% change
in the volume)

The script enables these hotkeys when mouse is over the bar (and the
bar disappears), and turns them off when the bar appears again (when
the mouse is not over the bar).
I made a bar which is actually a clock and it serves as a volume
control also.

Btw, the script:

@create
static b=arg(1)
static left=win.left(b)
static right=win.right(b)
static top=win.top(b)
static bottom=win.bottom(b)
if (win.visible(b))
win.hide(b)
Exec Hotkeys on wheelbackonly
Exec Hotkeys on wheelforwardonly
static ev
if (event.exists(ev))
ev=event.destroy(ev)
ev = event.createms(300,0,"[EMAIL PROTECTED]")
quit

@test
static b,left,right,top,bottom,ev
if (xmouse<left || xmouse>right || ymouse < top || ymouse>bottom) do
if (not win.visible(b))
bar.show(b)
Exec Hotkeys off wheelbackonly
Exec Hotkeys off wheelforwardonly

ev=event.destroy(ev)
endif
quit

@destroy
ev=event.destroy(ev)
quit
