Yes, I started notepad.  I don't know why no one else has found this 
bug, but that is exactly the kind of bug that I find (which is why I 
am a QA tester).  I have bug karma; it's a blessing and a curse.  Is 
there anything I can do to help you track down this issue?  I really 
would like to be able to use macros and I encounter this bug on all 
of my pc's.
