Alex's suggestion, using two Class= items in the caption list, is a good idea if you want the bar to appear for both two-pane and one-pane explorer windows.
If you read Help, Index, caption lists you will see another way to do that. The list can contain the "explorer1" or "explorer2" keywords, or both of them separated by a comma.
