Hi Alan,

I assumed that he is using the caption position bar, but I don't
really know about it.

Anyway, I just tested with my FavFolder bar with "Format Context
FileDialog" which is set to RightOfActive position. And I notice that
this bar always remains hidden if there is no active Open/Save Dialog
window, even if the option is unchecked. If my memory serves well, if
the option was unchecked, the bar used to remain visible, at the
center of the screen in my case, when there was no active FileDialog
window. And I strongly believe the latter should be the right
behavior, otherwise what is the use of this option?
(As fas as I can see, now this option makes a difference only in one
case: for a caption position bar with "Format Context =explorer" when
the (Explorer's) Desktop is the active one)

Sean
