It should be possible for you to work it out using the info
which is already available in my document and/or this thread.
Ooops that could sound rude but it's not meant to be - really
the info is all there.

That's two questions:
1: how to program that particular key to do anything, other than
what Logitech does by default or allows you to set in their config gui
2: how to replicate that MSN feature using PowerPro commands.

I know nothing about question 2 because I don't use MSN.
You should be able to work it out by observing what keystrokes
you do in your browser to make it happen, then use a Keys command.
Or maybe it has to be a mouse command, moving to x y coordinates
which are relative to the browser window and then sending a mouse click.

About question 1, programming that key to do your PP commands,
after you have worked out what they should be...
I don't have that key on my keyboard so I can only guess some
ideas for you to test.

If the iTouchcf gui allows you to customise that key, you could either
set to to do Logitech's "Program" job: "c:\pathto\powerpro.exe" .myscript
or set it to do their Keystrokes job and make it send the keystroke
required by your browser

or if more than one keystroke is required, you could set it to
send a spare scan code and a unique spare Virtual Key code,
which you then set as a PowerPro hotkey, which sends the necessary
keystrokes using a Keys command.
[That's because Logitech can only send one simulated keystroke
(optionally with modifiers) and PowerPro can send a series of
several keystrokes]

If iTouchcf does not allow you to customise that key (it is not
listed in the config dialog) then you have to find its regkey
and regedit it as described in my document.

Sorry I can't be more specific.

All the above ideas are based on assuming you have installed
Logitech's software. If you are running without their software,
then you should wait until Bruce has completed the new Scan Codes
feature. That will allow you to identify what codes the 'Status'
button sends and use them as a hotkey.

IMHO, it doesn't seem worth the effort. It would be better to
simply use the method used by people who don't have that special
key on their keyboard and don't have PowerPro - just click the
appropriate thing in your browser. :)
It's only until Logitech updates their iTouch software.
