I don't think it is an incompatible dll. Possibly something in your
configuration is activating a bug in PowerPro.

Does a one line script in a file of the form

Message testing....

work? Try saving this one line to a file test.txt in your PowerPro
folder in a subfolder called scripts and running with
*script
runfile
c:\path\to\PowerPro\scripts\test.txt
If that does not work, try running from the empty configuration
(ctrl-right click on a bar, select change configuraiton from menu,
select empty from submenu, then edit one button to run command as
above.)

If it works for empty.pcf but not your standard pcf, then you will
need to locate the incompatibility in your current pcf. Likely some
other script or autorun setting.

If the above works for your standard pcf, you will need to isolate
what in other scripts is causing the problem by trying gradually
more complex scripts.
