Hmm, I can see how that would be wierd.  Although I am a new Dvorak
convert (only been at it a couple of weeks) I don't have a problem
with cut/copy/paste because I started on Windows back when it was
shift-delete, control-insert, and shift-insert.  They still work and
there are even a very few places where they seem to work a tiny bit
better.  Although there seems to be a few places in the newest
software where they don't work as well, so perhaps it is time to
download the MS keyboard layout creator and see about creating our own.
