Hello Ted,

I get similar results when running your test script
and agree with your conclusion that PowerPro changes
its currentdir sometimes.

I also tried a few other tests such as: menu folder scripts
after using: local var1 = inputfile

[Usually it's better to use: menu.folder(pprofolder++"scripts")
instead of: menu.folder("scripts")
I used it in this case as another way to test for PowerPro's currentdir.]

If, in the input dialog, I select a file from c:\pathto\powerpro\
then the menu shows the contents of c:\pathto\powerpro\scripts\

If, in the input dialog, I select a file from any other folder
then menu folder scripts shows an empty menu
(because there is no such folder under the currentdir)
and that lasts until I change the current dir back
by using inputfile and choosing a file from c:\pathto\powerpro

Conclusion
I had it wrong when I thought that PowerPro never changes
its currentdir, because I had never seen that happen.
Clearly it does when you use inputpath, so there are probably
a few other Powerpro features which can cause a change of its currentdir.

Alan
