Add these items before KatMouse items, if you use KatMouse feature:
ini=0,0,0,ANY,MWD,,,win.transmouse("c=balloon"\,1),0,0,1,0,0,,
ini=0,0,0,ANY,MWU,,,win.transmouse("c=balloon"\,1),0,0,1,0,0,,
You may refine the command as
do(if(activewindow "c=balloon"\,?'win.transmouse("c=balloon"\,1)'))
