I have a friend that I installed PowerPro for and they have gone into the Properties and 'tweaked' the Hide to 50Ms. Doing so, they cannot access the Configure options to 'tweak' it back because the window appears and disappears too quickly to do so. They are a distance from me now and short of making the trip to recover what they did, is there a way that I can, over the phone, find a way to grab the window before it disappears?
I know that PowerPro creates a backup of itself every so often, however, these folks are not commputer savy in any dimension and attempting to get them to move back to a prior backup may be futile or dangerous at best.
