It may just be an unavoidable incompatibility. But there are a few things to try. First, try hiding the bar if full screen programs are running by putting the following as the first item in all your bars' command lists: *format contextif (not win.fullscreen(1)) Or, you could try hiding the bar only if the incompatible program is by putting the following line first instead of the above format context ~=yourprog replace yourprog by file name without exe for the program.
