Hi,
I want to have a combo box that offers a drop down list of the next
seven days.
I can calculate what they are and format them as I like using the
date plug in.
But when I run my script I get just the literal names of the
variables displayed, not their values.
So, Inputdialog ("~StartDay = Choose a day??
TodayFormatted|TodayplusOneFormatted|...|TodayplusSixFormatted", "Wha
t day do you want to start?")
Displays a combo box with the choices TodayFormatted,
TodayplusOneFormatted, etc instead of
Wednesday 22nd February 2006 as I had hoped.
This could be because I have not specified the combo box correctly
to consider these as variables or because they have not been
evaluated as variables.
Can anyone help me?
I know I could get people to make a free text entry and run a script
to test it as a date in the next seven days but it would be harder
for the user.
