This is not a question about PowerPro. It is about ACDSee.
I don't have that program but it seems very likely there is an item
in ACDSee's options dialogs about what happens when you double-click
a file in the program's file list window.
If you can't find it in ACDSee Help, try http://forums.acdsystems.com/
