You could just run pprotray.exe as part of Portable Powerpro's startup. That 
would give you tray support 
for all applications started after pprotray.exe. I don't think there's a way 
for pprotray.exe to be aware of 
applications that started before it. That's why a reboot is needed to support 
all tray applications; powerpro 
setup starts pprotray.exe from the userinit registry key, in the hope - which 
is satisfied in most cases - that 
tray applications will start after userinit is fully processed.
