PowerPro only has one value for all bar shows and in fact it is the same value as the one on keys|setup (time mouse held at edge). So if you want different timings for different bars, you need to use a bump edge hot key programmed to run a script which creates a single- signal event for each bar on that edge (there are also ways to do it with one event for all bars on that edge). When the time elapses for the event, check the mouse position, and it is it is still at the edge, show the bar. You also need to change the bar properties show if bump to none.
