Thanks for the reply, Dave.
This partic. URL does start loading ok, but then crashes PP at a
particular point of the page rendering, so seems it's not an issue with
loading URL's, but something to do with the way this page lays out,
methinks. The page is using AJAX, not sure if that's something to do
with it, altho I haven't noticed other AJAX pages/sites don't do the same.
Also, I have seen the error you mention, but I got that when the file
associations on my system had screwed up (specifically the "n/a" types,
like URL's), and fixing them fixed the problem, from memory.
