Sorry, I replied too hastily - I didn't realize you were talking about bars.
window center can't be used with bars.
you could try this combination
powerpro.exe messagebox("ok",win.getrect(CAPTION))
powerpro.exe win.move(CAPTION,100,100)
the first line tells you where your bar is
the second line moves it to (100,100)
