I was surprised to discover that importing keys from an ini file
merges the contents of the file with any preexisitng key definitions.
This is a bit of a pain if the file to be imported duplictaes keys in
the list. It wouldn't be so bad if:

a) it was possible to do a multi-select in the hot keys list box so
one could delete a bunch/all of the key definitions in a single stroke

or

b) duplicate definitions were simply rejected at import

or

c) one is prompted to merge or replace

or

d) an imported file always just replaces the existing key list.

Actually I kind'a think solution b) is the one that makes the most
sense since I can not conceive of any case where one would want the
same hot key defined more than once but I could live with a) or c).

d) is just too draconian!
