You can move the buttons at least using SendMessage. First you have to
know the handle of the toolbar. In my case:

local TB_MOVEBUTTON = 1106
local hWnd=word(win.childhandlelist("taskbar","c=ToolbarWindow32"),-1)

hWnd.SendMessage(TB_MOVEBUTTON,1,2)
; hWnd.SendMessage(1048,0,0) // total # of buttons

This is supposed to move the 0th button to 2th position (:notice it's
0 based). However, it seems to move to 1th position in my case.
Moreover, I had to execute twice to make it work sometimes. I suppose
it's derived from the discrepancy between the number of actually
visible buttons and the supposed total number of buttons reported by
the 2nd message.

Anyway, you need some experiment to adapt it to your system.
