The program that gives me this problem is an email client. Agent is a news client. I wonder if this problem has something to do with either program being busy transmitting to the network when it gets minimized.
I tried this scenario with my email program and it seems to hold true. If I minimize it when it isn't transmitting, powerpro hides the bar immediately. If I minimize it when it is transmitting, then powerpro doesn't hide the bar. The info label shows the same, correct captions in both cases.
