The manifest file is the file powerpro.exe.manifest in the powerpro folder. If you have the latest beta, you should have it, possibly with .unused at end. Remove the .unused to get the xp look on common controls. But your controls look like XP -- possibly you already have this change. Or are you running windowblinds or something like that? Try also a floating position bar with 3d frame and bar size from size of buttons unchecked. Can you make the drop down appear by dragging the frame?
